My former boss was at The Courtyard and I visited him shortly before he passed.  I knew he loved oreo cookies so I brought him a package.  When I walked in I asked the staff if it was OK that I give him the cookies.  They told me he could not have cookies as he was on a puree diet now.  I left the cookies with the staff for them to enjoy.  When I left after my visit the staff called me over and told me they knew he loved oreo cookies and were going to crush them and make him a malt.  That action was totally above and beyond! The staff at The Courtyard at Bellevue made one of the toughest moments in our families lives smooth and peaceful. The support they showed in our care goals for Mom adapted as needed and they showed genuine care and a willingness to listen.  They are incredibly warm, patient and dedicated.  You can tell they know the residents personally and want them to feel at home.  Housekeeping, laundry services, the cooks and administration all work together, they’re quite a team!

My Uncle has been at Courtyard for just about a year. The staff has tremendous. It's nice to know when you hit that part of your life where you're relegated to being assisted, there are places that really care about you. He is very happy with his situation.
